Dhakal’s doing his ‘Home work’


Kathmandu, Dec. 22
In an effort to quench the thirst for rap songs rapper Binod Dhakal is working on his second solo rap album ‘Home Work’.
The album which is expected to hit the market soon consists of seven songs- Sakina, Yesarita Hunna ni, Marchhu Ki Kya Ho, Sexy nana, Man Ma Hoina Maya, Aakash Bhanda Pharakilo and one music track.
According to the rapper he has not only penned all the songs in the album but also composed and arranged its music. Before this album he has rapped for Anju Panta in her albums ‘Kampan’ , Madhurima, Net work busy Chha, Fun 2us and Define.
Now, living in Samakhushi Kathmandu, Dhakal was born at Arughat, of the Dhading district to a business family. A student of biology from British Gurkha Academy his parents wanted him to become a successful medical doctor but his interest in music and friend’s appreciation drew him into music sector, he claimed while talking to The Rising Nepal.
